I began my career as an art historian, but remedial therapy and personal training has become my passion. I graduated with a BTEC (Level 5) from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage and I hold a Diploma in Personal Training. I am a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM). In training and therapy I seek to understand each person’s individual body and function by examining posture, assessing their muscles, soft tissues and joints. I like to use a broad range of manual therapy treatment techniques (such as Muscle Energy Technique, Neuromuscular Technique, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofacial Release).
In training people I like to focus on clients needs such as weight loss, pre and postnatal training, overall wellbeing while working on posture correction and injury prevention.

I first discovered Pilates during my pregnancies. Pilates soon became a passion of mine. Having worked for many years as a solicitor in a sedentary lifestyle, I decided to train as a Pilate instructor, in order to share and bring awareness of the fantastic benefits it delivers, on a physical as well as on a mental level. I was trained by Alan Herdman in London, the man who brought Pilates to the UK in the early seventies, on all pieces of apparatus and completed my Pilates teacher training certificate in 'Body Conditioning and Remedial Exercise'. I also obtained my Ante and Post Natal certificate from APPI. I love working with all kinds of people and look forward to sharing my passion with you.
